Safety
Safety is how we plan the work; not a line item added afterward. Our leaders have run nuclear craft workforces under strict human performance, procedure compliance, and radiological work controls, including mechanical crews of up to 70 in outage conditions with zero recordable incidents through pre-outage and outage execution.
Building the next generation
We plan to develop apprenticeship and training partnerships with building trades programs that go beyond the standard. Our leaders have built apprenticeship and workforce development programs for nuclear craft labor.
